  I'm getting sick of giving the same lecture on the pernicious usurper swine of The Federalist Society..!

  It's becoming apparent that the elitist insecurity and ideological purification of the so called left and pseudo intellectualism thereof will be our downfall..

  Maybe it's because I am Italian and even worse not Jewish otherwise I would be smothered with accolades and honorary degrees collecting dust..in some forgotten corner..

  I can't tell you all any more simply that The U.S. Supreme Court is now The Federalist Society Court..

  This will change everything and as Alito who I know all about, and Roberts get worn into the saddle it will only get worse..

  As the gravitational pull of Scalia is felt more and more upon the lesser weaker Judges including C.J. Roberts they will be pulled further into Scalia's event horizon, as Scalia out ranks these lesser Judges in the ranks of this pernicious treasonous cabal..of The Federalist Society..to which is their first loyalty..

  Now Alito is a pusillanimous criminal and perjurer and violator of basic Constitutional Rights to the point of real harmful behavior and predatory acts..

  I and the Democrats could have knocked this criminal Alito out of the box during his hearings but once again the egotism and distribution of credit for saving the republic came first as we see it so typical of our elected officials..

  Also you cannot separate Alito's attitude on education and race if you did not live in the same town as him for nine years and as it is a culture less enclave of racism, corruption and deceit Alito is only showing that environment at times has prominence over genetics..

  The hand writings on the wall Alito is a criminal and violated federal regulations and the Constitution for criminal purposes and as a crucial member of a criminal conspiracy and this is record and has been documented for years..

  Now what do you think will happen with those Subpoenas of the Judiciary Committees and if NSPD-51 is initiated and a Unitary Dictatorship established with these Tory treasonous swine Federalist pusillanimous usurper Judges like Alito Roberts, Thomas, Kennedy and of course Scalia calling the shots..?

  Wake up and swell the hemp burning that hemp is The U.S. Constitution..Bill of Rights and also our Republic..

  Sorry, but I don't understand what you're responding to...you seem to be disagreeing in your tone, but agreeing in content: that a concerted right-wing effort to take over the judiciary has worked, and we should be scared of it.

  I agree that the Federalist Society is part of that effort, and thus part of the problem.

  I can't give the entire litany of Alito's criminal actions which if exposed would require his Impeachment..

  I was referring to these latest education segregation decisions and Breyer's outrage as he is getting the idea that the federalist agenda is controlling the court but also the Justice Dept. is infested with the Federalist Society swine..

  Their intent is to establish the Unitary Executive ergo Dictatorship and also cut off access to the Constitution and roll back as many of the civil rights gains of the last 40 years as possible..

  The fact that all media and most liberal websites and every elected official to date has ignored the signing on May 9th of NSPD-51 and it's implications and ramifications thereof, and refused drawing the direct lines to the pieces set upon the chess board that will make Congress mute and the executive branch supreme, and nothing less than a full Dictatorship if Bush who also gets to define the said "cataclysmic emergency" and enact NSPD-51 and HSPD-20 will be our ruin..

  Some they think this will not occur but there is nothing in place that at this time can stop Bush from doing this if he so chooses..!

  As any and all Constitutional test cases or Constitutional crisis or even violations thereof will be left to the Federalist Society to either prosecute or over turned..!

  This is the greatest threat to our Republic that has ever been conceived and for the most part is already set in place..!

  Also this will allow Bush and Cheney to attack Iran and create an even more ruinous war that will go global if not widely regional without Congressional approval and this war will escalate and truly endanger the U.S. to an extent that the masses will be inclined to either support or literally fight for our very lives..

  There is nothing in these documents that would even disallow the suspension of the elections or presidential election of 2008 as they would disrupt the "Continuity" which is the guise for this Dictatorship and foundation of these documents..!

  If you hear any official or military man speak of "Continuity" you know they are a part of this plot which could begin any day, even if an attack is not on American soil..

  "Continuity means Dictatorship..!"
