Slowpoke: Cults of America - Featured Cartoon

That David Sirota guy, who writes prominently on this site, likes to write about the problematic side of an obsessive "free trade" philosophy. So we decided to give the other side of the story -- the positive side of free market -- you know, that it's like a cult.

At least that's what Jen Sorensen spends today's featured cartoon talking about. And she says "cult" like it's a bad thing.

Don't get us wrong...we're all capitalists here...that's why we sell telephones after all. We just try not to get all Charles Manson about it.
