Stepping Up on FISA
Chris Dodd is continuing to demonstrate what we talked about yesterday: that the demands of a political race could make people more courageous in governing, not more cautious.
He's threatening to filibuster a bad FISA bill.
Now, let's get other Senators to step up as well.
It would be ironic if in this Senate -- in which the GOP's threat of filibuster has killed major majority-supported bills without them ever actually filibustering -- the first filibuster is mounted by a Democrat.

The Democratic Candidates are not at all talking about the fundamental threats to our Republic and the attack upon our very system of governance from NSPD-51 and HSPD-20 to Executive order 14348 and the rest the 700 plus signing statements and their gonna approve this prick Mukasey who spent his time blowing smoke up their asses..more Unitary Scumbaggery..
This makes all of them suspect for me..
